Gandolfo Legacy Homestead & Farms, uses compact vertical growing systems to produce microgreens. Some of our crops are among the most nutrient-dense foods on earth all grown in a spare urban space. All the credit goes to the impressive, tiny but MIGHTY microgreens selection we offer.
A single four-by-six-foot rack, powered by standard household electricity and using a fraction of the water of conventional agriculture, produces harvest-ready greens every seven to fourteen days, year-round, regardless of season or weather! That is the type of resilience we need for our urban landscapes.
