About GLHF

Our mission

Growing dense, living nutrition for the urban neighborhoods that need it most — in the spaces traditional agriculture can’t reach.

Gandolfo Legacy Homestead & Farms uses compact vertical growing systems to produce microgreens and edible flowers — among the most nutrient-dense foods on earth — in spare rooms, garage corners, community centers, and vacant storefronts.

A single four-by-six-foot rack, powered by standard household electricity and using a fraction of the water of conventional agriculture, produces harvest-ready greens every seven to fourteen days — year-round, regardless of season or weather.

Why Microgreens?

40×
Microgreens can carry up to forty times the nutrient density of their mature counterparts — so a footprint smaller than a parking space can meaningfully shift what a whole household or classroom eats.

The GLHF Model

We’re building along three parallel tracks:

1

Production & Wholesale

Direct growing and wholesale across South Florida’s premium hospitality and marine-provisioning market — the revenue engine that funds the mission work.

2

Rack & Curriculum

A turnkey rack-and-curriculum package for community partners — schools, nonprofits, housing authorities — that can stand up a working installation in under thirty days.

3

Neighborhood Pilot

A pilot in a Broward County food desert, designed to capture the health, economic, and educational outcomes that justify replication.
