Keep it fresh
Microgreens are harvested alive and delivered within hours — how you store them decides how long that freshness lasts. A few simple habits keep them crisp for a week or more.
Holds 7–10 days
Cut Microgreens
- Refrigerate right away at 34–40°F — the crisper drawer is ideal.
- Keep them dry. Tuck a dry paper towel in the clamshell to absorb condensation; swap it if it dampens.
- Wash only at plating. Rinse in cold water just before use, then pat or spin dry.
- Radish and broccoli are the most durable; pea shoots and arugula shine in the first week.
Best within 3–5 days
Edible Flowers
- Keep refrigerated in their container with a lightly damp paper towel.
- Use within 3–5 days for peak color and structure.
- Handle by the stem, not the petals, and add to the plate last.
A Note on Freshness
We harvest the morning of delivery — your greens have never seen a warehouse, a distributor, or a truck terminal. The clock on freshness starts at your door, not ours.
