Pea Shoots

Sweet, tender, and snappy enough that kids can eat them straight out of the container. The most approachable green we grow.

Tastes like: Fresh sweet peas. Mild, green, faintly grassy.

Use it on: Pasta, spring rolls, salads, stir-fry added in at the very last second so they keep their snap.

Keep it: Refrigerated, 7–14 days. Rinse and dry completely before use.

Cut to order in Oakland Park and hand-delivered across Broward the morning of harvest. Never shipped, never warehoused.
